I had my first encounter of "Knitta Please" knit urban tagging while walking over the Williamsburg bridge to hang out on Bedford Avenue. Magdasayeg - I assume it was either this person, or a group of people who are inspired by her. I have a few books with examples of this kind of knitting, and I was so thrilled to see it in person.
It really makes me regret not bringing any knitting needles or crochet hooks.
